I liked that the hotel has spacious, clean, well- appointed rooms. The bed was amazingly comfortable! It's best suited for those who drive cars, given the suburban location, but the light rail system is only a mile away, and there is an incredibly diverse selection of dining options within walking distance. Add a free breakfast buffet with hot items, a Belgian waffle maker, and yogurt....I was pleased The only minor gripe I had was the freeway noise, but it wasn't too intrusive.

Dara at the desk is a superstar!!!

Honestly, I was grumpy finding out there is a security room charge on top of the cost of the room & that the room I booked was only 1 bed (which I still don't know how that happened), but the lady at the desk, Dara, was a superstar. She showed grace & kindness when I probably wasn't very pleasant with her. She even moved her car so I could have a closer parking spot since theres only 4 handicapped parking spots for the hotel.
