Uber to a concert at Red Rocks or Pepsi Center, cross the street to the Bronco's Stadium, attend a baseball or hockey game, and visit lots of craft breweries. There is so much to do for people of all ages in Denver and the surrounding mountains! Jefferson Park is a cozy residential neighborhood that feels super safe with several restaurants, a park, breweries, coffee shops, and a grocery store all close by.
You will feel so comfortable in our well appointed, 4-level townhouse with 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (2 Full), sleeps 6-7 comfortably in beds (now with Cozy Earth sheets), 2-car attached garage. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and opens to the large dining room and living room(all on one level) with Lg Smart TV, high-speed Comcast Internet. Great for families or friends to gather, watch movies, and play games! The amazing rooftop deck with gazebo has lots of comfortable seating and a BBQ Grill. The Master Bedroom has a full bath, a great bed and Smart TV. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2-3 with TV (Double Bed plus Single). Bedroom #3 sleeps 2 with Smart TV (2 Singles or 1 King). Laundry is available in unit.

Dania was available to answer any questions, property was clean - best we have stayed at - and it was spacious! The rooftop was an added bonus and a nice place to relax in the sun or in the evening with a cocktail! They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, and towels for the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Often times, rentals only offer a small supply. I would definitely recommend this place and if our travels bring us back to Denver, we will be staying here! Thank you for a great week!

Great stay in an awesome neighborhood of Denver!

This property is amazing! There was plenty of room for our party, including a large well stocked kitchen and a deck with an amazing view. It is easily walkable to many fantastic restaurants and to a nice local park. We were glad to have the large garage. Overall, this is a great place to stay while visiting Denver!

Beautifully decorated and everything you need

Love the rooftop deck, and and everything about this beautiful townhouse. It was so well furnished, and had everything we needed for a really great stay. Plenty of towels, and very comfy beds, which make all the difference in the world when you’re away from home. Can’t wait to visit again and have a cocktail up on the deck.

Awesome location and townhouse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Such a great area-SUPER close to the stadium, Denver aquarium, Meow Wolf. You could walk to these places if you didn't want to drive. It'd only be like a 20 minute jaunt and there are walkways for pedestrians over the bridge. 1ish hours away from Breckenridge where went hiking and saw the troll, Isak Heartstone. We wandered around Breckenridge and ate brunch at a cute little pub/restaurant called Bold (would also highly recommend). It is a ~45 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater where we saw an amazing outdoor concert. The townhouse itself is 3 stories. First floor when you walk in has a little mud room for shoes, the garage entry, and a 1/2 bath. Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and another 1/2 bath. Another flight of stairs leads you to the Master and two bedrooms. This floor has two full baths! There is also a washer and dryer on this level. One more flight of stairs will land you up on the rooftop lounge! You can see the Mile High stadium, space needle, and downtown Denver, and other attractions. It has a nice gazebo with lights and seating. We sat up there and watched a thunderstorm with beautiful lightening one night! It also snowed while we were there - also cool to see from that deck. We had all the weather, sunny days, snowy days, rainy days and we enjoyed every minute. April 25-28, 2024. 4 adults, plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again. Host was very responsive and nice. :)

Lovely place and great location.

Stay was wonderful. Sad (but kinda glad) it snowed so we couldn’t use the roof top balcony. Very quiet neighbor. Slightly farther from downtown than expected but still ideal location. Beautiful big house.

Amazing property in a great location!

This house perfectly suited our needs. I was in Denver on business. My husband, mom and 2 sons were there to enjoy the city! The house had plenty of space, available games, and in a perfect location. We walked to the park and to restaurants. It was a great location for getting outside while still being close to downtown. I would stay here again next time I'm in Denver!

Great spot for a 3 day weekend

Very nice place for a bachelor party weekend . Over 3 days we squeezed in golf, fishing, baseball and downtown Denver. The townhouse is centrally located and was quite clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Garage is a plus as were plenty of towels. Would come back for sure.
