The location is ideal for seeing a concert at the ball Arena. It is also very convenient for walking to the downtown area. The rooms are clean and affordable and the staff was great. I was in town for three nights of Billy Strings and the whole weekend was just an absolute hoot. Thanks for everything.

Good hotel

We stay here often when we go to the Avs game. It’s not always the cheapest but it’s super convenient. The rooms are nice and the staff is really friendly. Parking is outrageous and a total ripoff but other than that it’s a good hotel. Breakfast is fine.

I thought all the staff was amazing and so helpful. The breakfast area felt a little cramped and hard to get a seat. Our room was clean but the bathroom had a slight sewage smell. I would stay here again though because of the convenience of getting to/from Ball Arena.

Great place to stay. The only reason for 4 stars was that our room was very cold… we did crank the heat but it didn’t heat up the bathroom and ice cold bathroom floor. Note: we did not say anything to the hotel so I don’t know if they may have had a solution.
