Mandatory valet service and additional fee for my F250 was not expected and was not advertised well on listing. Couch bed was not as shown on listing. It wasn’t much more than springs with a cover. Breakfast was average.

You need to state in bolder print that it is going to cost $52 to park per night. The restaurant staff was very friendly but the food was mediocre. It is also part of a college campus. Would not recommend.

The hotel is great, walking distance to downtown. I was a bit taken aback by the parking fee ($50). Coming from LA, I think I expected Denver to be a bit closer to reasonable.

Such a nice hotel in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Do not overlook the restaurant. Everyone's meal was excellent, and there were seven of us, kids to grandparents. The hotel breakfast was good, and the room clean. Shocked to return to a room that was attended to - our bed was made! That's hardly ever done anymore. Only drawback was the valet service, while efficient and friendly, is too expensive at $52 a night. We felt taken advantage of there.
