Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living areas, it's perfect for exploring nearby Denver or enjoying the the Rockies. Your stay promises the excitement of urban life alongside the serenity of nature, making it an ideal spot for your Colorado journey!

NOTE: For your comfort, we have a maximum limit of 8 adults (plus 4 children).
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
