Customer service was poor, didnt get checked in to my room at check in time. 30 minutes after check in time, due to all kinds of mis information that was in the system. The person helping me didn't know anything or basically didnt know how to do his job.

There was an unexpected fee of over $300. There was no towels when we went to go swimming in the pool. The pool was so small that we were getting hit by kids and their toys we couldn't relax. The elevators were so jam, packed that you waited in the line for 10 minutes so we had to take stairs several times there was an ice cream bar at 1 point toward. They gave you a tiny suit of ice criminal biggle glass of soda. And they called that a soda float, which was really sad. All in all the money you paid over $600 is not worth the stay. The only positive was that we were right across from the baseball field. You could walk to and from easily. The other biggest thing is when we were looking for valley.We sat there for 10 minutes.Waiting for somebody to come and help us to actually get our car parked The other biggest thing is when we were looking for valet. The place was perfect in its location to the Coor’s stadium. We had tickets to a ball game and it was a 1 minute walk. We could see the stadium from our room. It was also only a 5 minute walk to Union Station where we got our tours. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for baseball games and more!

We saw a baseball game and stayed at the Rally. It was super convenient, beautiful property, great staff! Rooftop pool with the view was amazing! There’s fire pits up there and you can ask the front desk for a s’mores kit!
