The front desk checkout staff were so awesome and friendly. My favorite part of the hotel staff were your bartenders and your ballet staff. They were so helpful and so easygoing. The room was clean and comfortable but the door handle didn't latch or lock. We felt safe but told the front desk upon our departure. The gentlemen that was in charge of breakfast worked very hard and made sure everything was clean and in order. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. I think that charging $65 for overnight parking is ridiculous and it angers me that it feels like you are being held hostage for that amount over and above the cost of the room.

The room was clean aside from a wall in the bathroom. They changed the sheets and gave clean towels every other day. The bartender was so nice to talk to, and the breakfast area was the biggest I’d ever seen. The hotel is also a block away from 16th street with its shops. The walk to union station isn’t bad, but you can take the free 16th street bus there.

The room was amazing. Very clean, the coffee in the lobby 24/7 was great. The only issue is breakfast in the morning was very chaotic. A lot of the eggs, bacon, pancake mix was out.
