I understand being short staffed but check in took almost 30 minutes and the hotel was dirty. It looked like they were not able to vacuum in any of the common areas. Also, $65 a day for parking is really steep. We don't plan on staying at this Tru location in the future.

The first room we were out in was terrible. Run down and broken. After speaking with the front desk rep they moved us to another room that had bodily fluids on the door of the bathroom. They moved us again. The third room on was fine but this is not my usual tru experience. I have stayed at different trus around the US and this one was by far the worst.

“You all charge an absurd amount for parking, and for what? The room was in terrible condition. There was rust in the shower, only one of the shower heads worked, and the fridge was completely useless. I shouldn’t have to deal with problems like this after paying that much.
