Clean room. The desk clerk was helpful. Check in was easy. But the communication to property management was terrible. I sent several emails and messages on the Expedia site and never got a response. The hot water went out for over a week and had to take cold showers. It’s still not fixed up to par. And still no response from management.

The lady there named Sandy was super amazing and nice. She helped us with a lot of things but the quality of the place was not so great. We had neighbors that were very sketchy and room service only came once per week. Room service kept forgetting to give us blankets and towels. But I would say Sandy made it a lot better.

The wifi is a sham. It takes 10 steps and you have to give up personal info just to get it. The beds are small. The rooms are tiny. They shoved a kitchen into a regular room to call it a suite. It was crowded and uncomfortable. I won't ever stay here again.

I have bug bites all over me. The only make your key to the room work 2 to 3 days unfriendly staff I left the hotel on the 25th. They still owe me from the 25th to 5 January. I would not stay in that hotel again . People play loud music at 1:32 3330 in the morning fire department was there.
