Pros: Room was very large. Clean Location was perfect for our outings. RINO was nice and getting to downtown Denver was easy. Staff at check-in/out were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar had friendly bartenders. Cons: Found lighting in room kind of odd. One corner, where I stored my bag required a flashlight to see anything in my bag unless it was mid-day with blinds up. Biggest flaw to me was the room was advertised as having a refrigerator. In reality it has a fully stocked “mini-bar”. I was able to empty the top shelf and make do, but the booking websites should update that amenity. I have a medical need for refrigeration and that is a key deciding factor in choosing my bookings. Not a huge issue for me, but we never received housekeeping on our 4 night stay. Twice left clean room please sign on door. Probably could have called front desk if really needed. Neither a pro or con for me, but the parking they validate with in/out privileges is about a block and half away. We had no issues parking there as some reviews suggest. Didn’t feel unsafe getting to/from car.

The check in process took well over 30 minutes despite no one being in line in front of us when we arrived. We arrived to the hotel around 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready so we had to wait in the lobby for another 10-15 minutes after the desk agent found my reservation in the system. I was nearly charged $589 for one night stay and when I questioned it, the front desk agent told me I had booked for three nights, even though my receipt from the original booking was only for one night. It just all seemed so odd and inconvenient for no reason. After driving and working all day, the last thing you want is to have to wait so long (and nearly get overcharged) to simply get into the room you booked. I was never offered anything as compensation for the inconvenience, and honestly I feel like something as simple as comping my parking would have made up greatly for the check-in issues, but again, I was offered nothing. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly, I just wasn’t happy with the inconvenient check in process. How can I book a reservation for one night on my end, but then the hotel system shows a reservation for three nights? it just seemed so odd and I wonder if Vib Best Western was hoping I wouldn’t notice or question it… while I hope it was just a bug in the system, still for a hotel that nice, I would expect their reservation system to be more user friendly for guests and staff.

This exquisite and trendy spot to stay is by far my new favorite home away from home when I am in Denver and trying to stay downtown. I had no idea that such a spectacular and unique environment was available and waiting for me all this time. Who would have thought a hotel that has absolutely no parking can still keep people rolling in the door and driving somewhere else with their cars to park so then they can walk back and hang out all night in these extremely high-end with no item Not customized to truly tickle your fancy... So if you want your fancy tickled drop everything you're doing get the heck out of wherever you are now and run directly to the VIB downtown Denver!!!! There is so much there to leave you feeling great and entertained that I'm literally willing to cut off one of my fingers in exchange for each night I can stay there... But I don't think they accept that, they don't even take cash so make sure you got a card. Enjoy your stay!
