From the moment you arrive, the home welcomes you with its southern exposure, white-railed staircase, and large front deck complete with benches, a porch swing, and a café table. Inside, you’ll find cozy beach-cottage furnishings, an open-concept layout, a fireplace, and a large smart TV with Roku, allowing everyone to stream their favorite movies. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table, center island, and everything needed for even the most discerning cooks. All you need to do is pack up the family and get ready for a relaxing coastal escape.

The home features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a third-story loft with two twin beds. On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area, kitchen, dining space, half bath, laundry room, and access to the grilling deck. The second floor includes three bedrooms: a spacious master suite with a king bed, private bath, and its own large deck, to complete this floor there are two additional queen bedrooms—one of which features a convenient continental bath. Head up to the top floor and discover another queen bedroom, a spacious loft area with twin beds, a Foosball table, card table, and a deck with a peek of the ocean. Americana comfortably accommodates ten guests and offers plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for a family fun cottage or a peaceful coastal retreat.

During Spring Break, you must arrive on Friday (when available) or leave 3/nights open for another guest to stay. Summer Season you must back to another reservation or leave two nights open for another guest to reserve. For security purposes there is a Ring camera located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entryway. There are no cameras inside the home.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
