Situated on the edge of Draycott Derbys, between Nottingham and Derby( M1 Junction 25) The bungalow comprises of two bedrooms , a lounge with 55 inch T.V. and a dining table There is also a fully equipped kitchen.The bathroom has a shower and a bath.Both bedrooms have black out curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. Safety features include a ring door bell and light sensors at the front door, along with window alarms.There is a secure back lawned garden perfect for relaxing in the summer months.
This bungalow is in a quiet location but near to links for both Derby and Nottingham. Perfect for holiday or business stays. Located 5 minutes from the centre of the village which hosts bars, coffee shops and supermarkets.
