Enjoy everything Derby has to offer! Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. With the added extra of a Private large hot tub and Games room with pool table, darts board and lots of other games to keep everyone entertained. 

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, washing maching and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 double en-suite bedrooms, 1 twin room, 1 single room and a futon bed, one large bathroom.


Linen, towels and shampoo are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property with a large driveway ideal for 2 vans or 3 cars and on street parking.
- Pets are allowed at the property (max 2 dogs) with pre-authorisation and a small extra cost. 

There are many local links and public transport to derby City centre, East Midlands airport. Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby.

The property is perfect for everyone from family get togethers, friend meet ups and contractors working in the area. No parties or events allowed at the property and house rules apply. Please Note there is a £200 refundable security deposit via Bank Transfer is required.
