Located just 5 minutes walk from central Derby's shops, restaurants and bars this is the ideal base to enjoy the city.
The Space:
This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard, with comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The bright open plan living space features large floor to ceiling windows, and comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 large double bedrooms, both featuring comfortable double beds made up with fresh hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room. The modern family bathroom features a shower over bath along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Guests can make use of on-site facilities which include a gym, co-working space and restaurant/bar. Paid on-site parking (£3 per night) is available upon request before arrival.

Guests have sole access to the apartment, and can also make use of the on site co-working space and restaurant.

Derby is the major regional centre of the Derbyshire Dales. With its winding river, market square, historic buildings and grand Cathedral, Derby is a great place to visit! A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre. Derby Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
