Welcome to this splendid studio apartment with a mezzanine located in the heart of Dervio, a jewel on Lake Como. The 40 sqm apartment offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and lake, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The studio is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed that ensure comfort and flexibility. The environment is tastefully furnished, combining functionality and modern design in a compact but well-organized space.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. You can therefore prepare delicious meals with ease. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
