The chic chalet-style studio apartment was designed to provide maximum comfort while maintaining respect for the environment, therefore inside the apartment you will find latest generation renewable technologies (building in top energy class A4). The kitchen and bedroom area are harmoniously united by a delightful sage green dining table which allows multiple uses and the large windows give great brightness. The bathroom is very bright in a minimal style with all the comforts you may need, including a glass shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and welcome kit. For your car there will be private parking to guarantee your safety, and for those who are more environmentally conscious there will also be a column to recharge the cars, giving convenience to your travels.

Access for guests

Guests who stay in this studio apartment inside the Chalet will have access to the entire first floor, garden, laundry, bike and sports equipment storage and private parking space. They will have access to the reserved spaces via automated opening devices of the main door and the other entrance doors which open with a code which is transmitted to the guest once they have checked in online and which remains valid for the entire duration of the stay.
