When I arrived I was informed that I had an hour wait time for my already late check in because they only had 1 housekeeper. I wasn’t accommodated for my inconvenience either. The lock on my room was janky and the key card on most of the doors was visibly broken or damaged. The staff was polite but the mere fact that when I checked in there were 3 other ppl at the front and nobody went to go help the one housekeeper that had to get 3 floors of rooms ready for a sold out hotel was just ridiculous

The hotel was great--it did it's job but I wish I had known that the pool was closed. We had 4 kids with us who were very excited to swim. The breakfast was good, although it ended a lot earlier than what we're used to at other hotels. The beds were great and the rooms were nice and big.

Everything was average about the room except the mattresses and pillows. They were very lumpy and hard,the pillows were the same. The staff was great,very convenient area to stay at but,will never stay again because of the bed and linens.

A nice stopping point.

Stopped for one night while traveling. Hotel and room were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk and breakfast person were friendly. Breakfast was well maintained and fresh. We would stay here again.

Nice place for overnight stay

I would stay here again if I needed to be on the east side of Des Moines or Altoona area. Not hard to get to and close to I-80.
