Room needed updated paint, decor. Sleeper sofa was so terribly stained with Lord knows what that i wouldn't sit on it without throwing a blanket over it. Refrigerator froze our food regardless of what temp we set it at. Handicap entrance was icy. Breakfast was lacking and poor in taste.we couldn't understand staff when they spoke.
