The front door is broken so you have to use the side door. The staff is very hard to get ahold of at night time as well. I was not a fan of the soap, body wash, shower gel situation. they have bulk bottles screwed to the wall that all customers use. (I personally prefer the individual soap items) The parking lot does not have much room. Overall it was okay. Good breakfast selection & great hot water.

Was disappointed to learn there was a $50 damage deposit charge when we checked in. Was promptly credited back after 4 days. It is just something that should be noted on the web site instead of being a surprise when you check in. Staff at check in was somewhat curt when asked questions about the deposit. It was like you give us the deposit or you get no room.
