Didn’t have a great experience here. A lot of homeless people outside around the hotel in the parking lot. Hotel room walls were very thin and could hear conversations in the rooms next door and in the hallway. The rooms were very small and didn’t feel super clean. We experienced someone running in the halls back and forth yelling in the middle of the night.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. I asked them to come smell upon check in. They said it was noted, and then was not refunded deposit due to them claiming the room was smoked in, even after I disputed it and reminded them of the note.

I found hidden Cameras in my room and bathroom i asked to them to give me i different room theybsaid no and wouldn’t even come see wat i found i left immediately there went $85 down the drain dead bugs in the vents i will never ever stay at econo lodge in my life time

I am still waiting for the refund of my $100 deposit. The Hotel was fully booked the night we stayed and we obviously got a room that is usually out of service. My husband had to hook up our tv completely. It had everything, but had just been set in the room. The fridge was not where it was supposed to be, it was just plugged in in the corner. And we could tell it wa just plugged in because it wasn't fully cool yet. There were dirty hand smears on the wall, but everything else was clean. So, i don't want to say our experience was the norm. The hot tub was out of service and that was the whole reason we booked at this specific hotel. However, the staff was all fabulous. The breakfast was tasty. The staff definitely saved our stay. I would stay there again just because i feel like if i communicated better with them in the future, I'd get a better room.

Cheep hotel, but still missed low expectations

Room was super hot when entering. Bathroom had ants climbing all over the tub. Beds were uncomfortable.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The free breakfast was a joke. Got down there to eat and the gravy in the crockpot was cold. We were going to just microwave it instead but the microwave didn't work. There was a sign hung up on the wall stating where the fuse box was located and what fuse to turn back on. I couldn't find this fuse box. Another couple was there and went and got staff and he came out but had no idea how to fix it. We ended up having to go to another place to get breakfast. We chose this place due to the convince of breakfast, so that was pointless.

Very poor service.

I had to ask the front desk if they could please service our room; clean towels, get the trash, make the bed. When i returned back to our room at 10:30 pm I found no clean towels and the bed had not been made. Housekeeping did go in and took the dirty towels and took care of the trash. I had to go to the frontdesk and ask for clean towels and see why the bed was not made? She replied back that they only do the beds when we leave. I had to explained to her once againthat i am handicapped and I can not get in between the bed and the wall to make the bed. She just looked at me and said nothing. Very poor service.
