Hotel is outdated. House keeping kept bugging us, the knocked multiple times each day to check if we were in the room because they thought we were checking out and no one was in the room. There was no body wash, we asked for body wash, they gave us hand soap. When we checked in the lady said valet was $18/day, valet said it was $30/day. We opted to find our own parking. For an out dated hotel with no parking, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Great breakfast usually made to order and nice to have snacks at night with a couple drinks… Really enjoyed ourselves. Nye was at the front desk and always had a great smile on her face and very welcoming.

The room was very dated. Thick dirty dust on vents and some of light bulbs. Musty smell in room and pillows. When we first entered the room it was very hot. Air conditioner not working. Maintenance had to come to room and switch on the cool air. I will not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness in the room.

Dated. Could be a little cleaner around the bed, touch up paint on walls and dust the picture frames. Carpet grayed where it meets the tile. Breakfast on the buffett was cold but the fresh omelets were awesome.

The staff was outstanding. With our 10 grandchildren with us, the staff was patient and very helpful! From the front desk, the pool staff and the cleaning crew, they all slowed down to talk with the kids and made them feel welcome as well.
