Not what I would expect from a Hilton. The grab and go items are very limited without any serious thought put into it. Whoever does the food service has no clue as to what a good snack or healthy and wholesome meals mean. For example, the lunch packs are cheese, eggs, melon and crackers. I mean what is that and who eats that? At the restaurant, there’s no option to take buffet items in a plate to your room, you have to order to-go. That must change. The parking situation is limited with the underground parking small and a small outdoor parking. This hotel needs to put some effort into their service. That is NOT what you expect from a Hilton in a major city in America.

They do have on site parking, but if you cannot get a spot outside you have to go to the basement and it is very cramped. Taking a truck or suv down there is not easy. It would not be for everyone, especially inexperienced drivers.
