Service was good and employees were very friendly. The room was outdated but clean. The hotel parking lot is across the street. There didn’t appear to be many guests staring at the hotel. Very quiet. You get what you pay for, but it did the job.

The parking lot/garage has been broken for a year, and when things like pride festival and ironman competitions. Parking is near impossible for all guest, at the hotel! It has apparently been in dire need of repairs for over a year. Not to mention the state of the bathroom, the lack of a microwave, and while the hotel had been advertise by google to have a hot tub, they did not.

Had to park offsite due to structural issues with garage. Room door hard time closing. Room key stopped working multiple times. Smoke alarm going off while taking a shower. Outside window had a hard time closing. A/c couldn’t keep up consistently running trying to cool from 70s- 68. Shower was extra slippery almost fell twice. Room was very small and crammed.

The hotel is outdated, dark, and needs a remodel or be torn down. It is located by a hospital and was noisy from frequent ambulance and helicopter traffic. Staff did not acknowledge or welcome new guests. Busy on the work phone or on personal phone- watching videos with loud volume. Breakfast buffet is not fresh food and not included in lodging expense. Pool area does not have a hot tub, is an added on building, very loud acoustics, and not relaxing.

This was a quick 1 night stay for me and my 3 family members in one room. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The room is starting to show wear on the carpet and in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very subpar. Knowing it was 85 outside and that we would have 4 people sleeping there, we turned the room temp down before dinner. When we returned later, there was no change. We adjusted it again, but had a pretty stuffy and humid night and morning.

When we got to the hotel there were no signs indicating that the parking was closed. When my husband went in to figure out where to park he was met with a condescending remark that it’s on the hotel’s website. We had been driving for ten hours so we didn’t think we had to look up the parking situation. We were also in a large Uhual which made it hard to turn around. When we checked in the staff was unfriendly and the room was less t subpar. I will not stay in another Holiday Inn.

We stayed for an event at Wells Fargo, it is within easy ewaloing distance and also to a lot of great restaurants. The manager on duty was so nice, he said they were providing a shuttle to the event and I mentioned we wanted to go somewhere else first and he just said, “I’ll take you there, no problem” so nice and accommodating, every other employee was very nice as well. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The parking lot was being redone so we had to park across the street, but it was no problem at all. We will definitely stay again!
