My autistic daughter and I stayed here for the second time. This time we stayed for a week and we will be back again in the future. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The pool was super cold so we couldn’t enjoy that and were hoping to hang out in the hot tub but it was always closed. My daughter can’t take showers due to her sensory issues and somehow we got a room without a tub. I will make sure that doesn’t happen next time. That was my mistake in not verifying that we had a tub. Overall the location is spectacular!! There are so many restaurants nearby and the shopping is great. Definitely one of our favorite locations in Polk County.

It was clean and breakfast was good. However, I booked a stay here specifically for the pool, hot tub, bathtub in my room and fireplace out side which was advertised having and non of the above were working or available. I could get no refund, nor did they give any upgrade since I went through a third party the front desk said. Needless to say I never give poor reviews but was very disappointed.

Hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit worn. Furniture is nicked up and the shower had mildew and mold along the seams. Would’ve expected a tile shower for a Hilton product, but it was fiberglass. Pool and spa were closed for construction, that was not advertised when booking.
