• Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family

• Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

• Pets are allowed with $150 fee. Please add your pet into your search along with guest count prior to booking.

• There is a fee of $15 per guest per night after 6 guests



Guest will access the home through the front door using a smart lock code that is provided at 11am on the day of check in.



SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell located on the exterior next to the front door facing the front step landing and yard that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
