Had my wife laughed at when going to the office by herself for asking for simple things like towels and then waited for over a day for my door lock to be repaired cause my autistic son likes to run outside and we had to ask multiple times just for it to not happen and to be locked out due to a incident with a separate person who is not related and got kicked out for them being in our room

DON'T STAY HERE

Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel very poor. DON'T stay here no matter how nice the room appears. The motel rents to long term tenants of which do not care for the property. DOZENS, I mean dozens of dog feces all around the grass area of the property. (I have pics). Tenants dont control there dogs and a large one got out of a room and attacked another dog on a l3ash and knocked over the lady and dragged her. Cockroaches in the room, dirty towel. Really one of my worst stays EVER and i travel alot and in some pretty rough areas. Really disappointed in Expedia.and Motel 6 for allowing a trap like this on their websites. Staff seemed nice enough but owner/manager obviously dont care. If you are going to rent to long term tenants then dont rent to travels.

3 to 11 staff wonderful -others not so much -room was clean bed but not much more -no place to eat -I didn't have a car so had to go all night without eating -no taxi would come

Dirty room!

I requested a non-smoking room and our room smelled like Marijuana. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom counter sink. The deadbolt didn't work and the 2nd latch was completely broken.

I stayed there for 3 weeks, my booking day was up and I was unaware. They banged on my door at 11pm demanding I open the door and go downstairs to pay, mind you I had been in my room all day and night. I requested to have them use my card on file or to take care of it in the morning and she refused. Worst customer service! Plus them charging my card for 134$ twice with no explanation, waiting 3 days to get it credited back to my account.

Beds were alright, no refrigerator. Building is very run down, rooms aren’t too much better, I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter it was just all around an uncomfortable stay. On the plus side Rooms were generally clean not perfect but not filthy and didn’t smell too weird so that was a plus lol
