Over night

I do not like to give bad reviews, however for the price it was not worth it. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was on his personal phone speaking in a foreign language to whomever asked for my name and that was it. We got checked in. Went to our room. The elevator is gross. The hallways are gross. The room was definitely outdated. We dealt with screaming kids most of the evening and then loud obnoxious women from about 1:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the morning. There's no shampoo or conditioner. Just two bars of soap. The only reason I would even give this one star would be because of location. It's right off the highway. I would not stay there again. There was toothpaste on the bathroom wall and bugs in lights.

We were awakened at 3:48 in the morning by a piercing blast. Again at 4:09 and a third time. My best guess is that it was the battery in the fire alarm. Desk staff just said they couldn't reach it and looked at us like we were crazy. However, we left luggage in the room and everything was in it when it was returned.

This location is in a nice area where we felt safe. The room was clean and an excellent value for the price. The property is very pet friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The side entrance door to the outside was not locked and was accessible to anyone wanting to enter. The hotel room door did not have a deadbolt. Lets are allowed in this hotel and there was dog poop n the hallway that wasn’t cleaned up and still there 12 hours later. No pool. No breakfast.

The motel was adequate. Allowed dogs, our main reason for staying. The exterrior, lobby, elevator were worn, somewhat dirty. The security doors didn't lock. Our room had 2 standard beds, not queens as expected, just mattresses on a platform. The room and bedding was pretty clean, and the towels as well. Did have a minifridge. Didn't expect a lot of amenities, such as shampoo, body wash or lotion, and there wasn't anything except 2 bars of soap. Also didn't expect a breakfast, and there wasn't any. There was complimentary coffee, which was surprisingly good for hotel coffee! Our neighbors had a couple of teens? Who were loud and noisy until 4:30 am. Not the hotels fault, but did impact our experience

The person who checked me in was unfriendly and only smiled when I asked if they had any shampoo. "NO, no shampoo. NO shampoo" she said while smiling a huge smile and shaking her head no. Also the swimming pool was covered, looked dirty, not available.

This was a last-minute booking, and I was glad to find a place for my dogs and me to stay. Past reviews were accurate: it’s in a quiet, corporate-canyon area. As a solo female traveler I felt safe.

The Room Does The Job

The location is really good. The room was updated and clean. The check in was fast and friendly. The bad The bed and pillows were not so good. However, for the price and the necessity of quick place to sleep at an affordable price, this stay checked those boxes

Floors in hallway and room were lumpy, laminate flooring in room was spongy and not well laid, and lumpy underneath. Lighting was all a harsh white flourescent, very glaring. towel rack bar detached from wall. Air conditioning unit was noisy and maybe needed to be serviced, was tepid. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Rest of the amenities were mildly unpleasant.
