Not so nice place. And oh my gosh, i was so shocked with the breakfast buffet, not appetizing and the dining place is SO dirty. Limited staff and not accomodating at all. Sorry but thumbs down.

We can look past the firealarm getting pulled in middle of the night.. But, no breakfast without warning-nor apologies. It is 2025 We had higher expectations for the location

Booked this room July 12th and paid. July 26 4 hours before check in received voicemail saying they overbooked and couldn’t accommodate. Had the whole weekend planned with my grandboys. Extremely disappointed.

The included breakfast only had one option which would be fine as long as no one has a food allergies. The lifeguards at the pool did not seem to care about the kids saftey. As there where 10-12 year old kids running around in the 1 foot deep pool, pushing little kids out of the way on the stairs and up by the slides causing kids to hit their heads. Music was loud enough to hear clear as day in the rooms after the pool was closed and past midnight. Then on Saturday into Sunday at 1 am the fire alarm was going off and on and no one could get an answer as to what was going on or if those staying in the hotel where safe. The bathroom title in the room we stayed in was loose and would slip when you walk on it. Lets not forget the humidity from the pool causing water to build up on the room doors and arch ways causing water to drop on you when entering or leaving the room.

There is mold everywhere. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation no fan mold growing all over in the grout . The carpet was wet and sticky probably why when we arrived the AC was set at 64. There are spots everywhere where the paint is bubbled up due to mold . You can tell where they cut the bigger spots and just painted over . In the hallway was standing water all throughout and the smell was strong like cat piss . Other people meet us in hallway had same issues some sounded worse than ours. Fire alarms went off at 1:30 in morning. They had no real protocol half people evaluated others just hung out in hallway finally fire department came to ok everything. I as well as other families have videos and pictures of the water and mold . The health department seriously needs to investigate. I will be sharing my video and pictures with them just wish I could bottle up the smell and send to them also.

We booked two rooms. One room was great, no issues. The second had a soaked floor and mouse dropping ON one of the beds. We alerted the front desk and they switched our room. The room they gave us, already had guests in it. So they switched us again, that room had guests in it as well!! Then they tell us there’s no rooms available at all and they don’t know what to do for us. Unbelievable. We got our money back for both rooms and left.

I was not impressed with our room, the door to bathroom was broke didn’t lock, the door to bedroom didn’t lock, the blinds in livingroom were broke and we had to hang a sheet, we were supposed to have a pullout couch there wasn’t one, had to find a roll away bed! We would like our money back

Disappointed but waterpark & pizza helped

I rented a suite bc we had 5 people and pulled out the bed in the couch, it was broken and no one could sleep on the bed. The person woke up with a back ache the next morning. The water park and the pizza were a hit tho. Was disappointed tho.

We went to the Ramada Friday and the pools needed to be cleaned I got a double bed suite and even tho it was pretty out dated it was clean the bathroom was nice and when asked for more soap and shampoo they gave it to us including towels as well the tv didn’t work at first and the Netflix wasn’t able to connect because the internet didn’t work for the tv it only had a few local channels. The pillows and blankets were very cheap and the couch was broken. The pool area was extremely hot and the pools needed to be cleaned the water was very cloudy.The pizza place down stairs messed up my order so badly. The breakfast was horrible stale cereal great value yogurt and juice a waffle maker and old fruit was all they had the coffee was nasty too kids had fun but it was not worth the price or $15 extra for the swimming bracelets I went for the babies but I don’t think we will be going back any time soon

The only issue I had was with the slides. The rules on what life jacket to wear wasn’t posted anywhere. My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. The rules weren’t posted on the life jackets.
