The heat in the room was horrible. When we arrived, the room was freezing, so we turned the heat to 70. The ac/heating unit was not installed well and so a lot of cold air leaked under the unit while it was running leading to the heat never shutting off, so the room then became too warm. We constantly had to turn the heat on and off even throughout the night. We were staying there for our son’s birthday so he could go swimming, so we called ahead to ensure that the pool was heated. We were informed that it was heated and would be warm. This was not the case; it was ICE COLD. Apparently, the heat sensors were not working properly, so the pool was not being heated at all. When we told the person at the front desk that we had called ahead and did not get what we were promised, all he said was “sorry for the inconvenience.” They would not compensate us at all. We weren’t even asking for a refund for that stay, just a discount on a future stay. After I said I would leave a review about the situation, he said “sounds good.” Even though the room was nice, the food was great, and they have a nice coffee machine... we will not stay there again.

We had a great quick overnight stay; quiet motel, interstate can be a little noisy if rooms facing the parking lot. Breakfast selection was great and clean area.

Again, I chose a hotel based on having a hot tub and pool. Plus convenience. The pool was soooo cold it was not usable. The "hot tub" was set at 78 degrees. So not really hot and not really enjoyable. Our room was still set on air conditioning when we arrived ao it was 40 degrees when we walked in. It didnt take to long to warm up but still... its all about customer service

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. The room was clean and very large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and very nice with a walk in shower and nice water pressure. Full hot breakfast every morning with so many choices! A huge thank you to Rachel for helping us with our parking as we had a large vehicle for the first night! Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Checked in with nice girl at counter and paid the pet fee for our stay since we already paid Expedia for the trip. The next day we get call our card was declined and they need another card...but all the charges already posted and cleared. So that made no sense. So we gave another Credit card and paid for a extra night. All seemed good,till the next day, when 7 different charges for over $500 show up on statement. Try to call the phone number listed by CC for SleepInn and its just a voice mail.

Bed was hard as a rock. Shower was filthy. Blankets smelled like mold n BO. Hot tub was like sitting in a warm bath. Otherwise it was fine but the bed was the worst.
