DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was a horrible experience to the point I didn't stay my full time due to mold on the lamp shades and ceiling, stained mattress and pillows and filty pool and hot tub that hasnt been maintained for a long time. When I spoke with the manager all she responded with was "I'm new here". Horrible customer service!!

The beds were freshly made and comfortable, but the room just felt dirty. I think it’s an older motel and I think with updates it could be much better. (Get rid of carpet, musty smell from the wall unit possibly or pets) The pull out couch mattress should be thrown away and replaced. The breakfast offered cereal, refrigerated milk, coffee, waffles and that was nice! Would love to see coffee in the main lobby.

I felt like they should include online, on booking site if the pool or hot tub is down. The pool and hot tub are the main reason I booked the room for the kids something to enjoy doing. We live 2.5 hours away when we arrived, they had a sign on the door saying the pool was down. And it was too late at night to book elsewhere.
