Only one suggestion is 1) the hot water should be hotter in order to make tea or mix oatmeal 2) some small packs of half/half for coffee would be great. I love their hot breakfast and yogurt selections. Excellent job!!!

We reserved a suite specifically for our wedding anniversary, which we do each year. When we arrived we were told they overbooked and that suite was not available. We were given a different room at a discount, and the staff was professional and kind in communicating this, but we were significantly disappointed to not have the specific suite we had reserved and planned for.

While the staff were amazing, room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel... I feel like the pool area need some attention. The wall paper is starting to peel due to moisture. The doors go to the outside dont seal properly so they are frozen over and drafty to say the last. Lots of alcohol consumption during family hours and kids in hot tub not being monitored by adults. We specifically stayed here for the pool and hot tub for kids to play and adults to relax. It was far from relaxing. But again, hotel staff did amazing with problems, and restocking towels.

The hot tub in room was disgusting! I turned on the Jets to have them barely spit out water and when they did it was chunks of brown mold and algae. I had to clean and sanitize my own whirlpool tub in order to be able to enjoy it clean and sanitize at 12:30am! Also the cottage house was not available due to hot water issues. They did say they have been on top of the issue with the company out to fix it 3 times and still not resolved. I reported my issue and a manager was supposed to contact me and no management has contacted me. I would think this would be priority

The room itself was mostly fine except it wasn’t the room I paid for. Upon arrival the front desk personnel told me the cottage suite I booked wasn’t available then put me into a different room. Told me I would be reimbursed for the downgrade difference, then the hotel didn’t follow through with the refund so I paid for a suite and received a standard room.
