You won't have to give up comfort while "camping". Our glamping tent offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable while still being immersed in nature. With air conditioning and heat, you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs no matter what the Iowa weather throws your way. Get a good night's sleep in our king-size bed with cozy bedding.



Enjoy the convenience of running water at the nearby sink and shower, which means you won't have to give up cleanliness while camping. Sticky hands from roasting s'mores? No problem!

Wifi and TV are amenities in the tent. If you want to unplug, let us know before checking in and we can turn off the wifi and remove the TV.

This tent is tucked into the trees on the 7-acre property where we live. Our house is out of sight when you're at the campsite. A short walk down a path and you will reach the tent where you will be immersed in the trees.

Since you are in the trees there will always be bugs. Bringing bug spray is a good idea.



If you are staying during the time of year when the temperatures dip below freezing, the water will need to be turned off when temperatures go below freezing. Water will be turned back on once temperatures return to above 32 degrees.

We are in between Des Moines and Ankeny. We are surrounded by fields to the East and West. We have neighbors to the North and South but they are separated by space and trees.



It feels like you are in the country but you are close to all that the Des Moines metro has to offer.

As a guest of this campground, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
