A little Italy in DSM! A perfect location that is central to many staples and nestled on a quiet residential side street!

The space has a KING bedroom with a fun reading nook, queen bedroom, and a full bath. We offer easy remote check-in with both driveway parking and free street parking.

The space:

Spacious bedrooms with large closets to hold enough for those who overpack the most! Luggage carriers as well to hold your bags. 12-inch Memory Foam mattresses with 3-inch memory foam toppers and blackout curtains in rooms for a comfortable stay.

Updated full bath with modern design, travel toiletries included in case you forgot yours!

Our space is a bi-level layout. When you step into the front door, you are greeted with stairs to go down to the living room, kitchen, and laundry, or up to the 2 bedrooms, reading nook & full bath.

The kitchen has all of the basics for a quick stay or a long-term stay! Coffee and tea are provided with cream and sugar to start your days off right!

We have tried to think of everything you could possibly need while staying at our place! We are frequently short-term rental travelers ourselves and have included all of the best details from our years of traveling!

Guest access:

You have complete access to the entire unit. The backyard space is shared with the other unit.

The driveway is quite long and could accommodate two vehicles comfortably. You may also park on the street in front of the property, but please follow all city parking rules.

It’s a little too girly for my husband and son a lot of pink and I had no idea what Swifty meant but it did exactly what we needed and that was a place to stay roof over our head and my son and I absolutely loved the scavenger hunt but he was disappointed because they were just girly tattoos. Nothing there there boys

Perfect for our needs

We were in town for an event at a nearby hotel. Taylors Version was a perfect place to stay to be close to the event but still have our own quiet place to relax. The recommended restaurants were great, we went to the BBQ place and loved it. Our daughter enjoyed the scavenger hunt and getting rewarded with a friendship bracelet and a sticker. I was thankful to do a load of laundry so we didn’t have sweaty sticky clothes in the car for our long drive home. All in all it was a great place and was perfect for our needs. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again next year.
