Check in and key retrieval was a nightmare, trying to find and use the app. Checking took over an hour on my smartphone. The key kiosk was a half mile from the train station.
We were of the understanding that we would have the pool view, but instead got the apartment around the back behind the garage. The pool view was occupied by full time tenants who had a table aside the pool. During most of the time the husband sat at the table, making my teenage daughter uncomfortable when at the pool. The rollout bed and the only television for my daughter was in the kitchen, making it impossible to use the kitchen in the morning. We were of the understanding that we would have the pool view with two televisions.
The house was full of ants keeping us awake at night.
The pool hours were limited to no later than 20:30 and we felt we were intruding on the space of others when we wanted to use it.
The owners lived upstairs and were available for our questions. We were able to use the washing machine that was in the bathroom, but it leaked onto the floor.
Overall it was best if we just stayed away from the property and went into town. Our ‘garden view’ was a narrow space with a table and chairs
