Very beautiful and comfortable penthouse flat with roof terrace and jacuzzi near the beach on southern Lake Garda. The flat is located in a complex newly built in 2022 with pool and children's pool, between the centres of Sirmione and Desenzano, in the Rivoltella district.

The supermarket is located directly behind the complex, making it particularly convenient for guests travelling without a car. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift, it has a private garage in the building and 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe, TV and comfortable box-spring beds. There is a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a large living room with open-plan panoramic kitchen overlooking the pool and the garden of the complex. You can choose to eat on the large terrace or at the dining table in the living area. Here there is another large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa area.

From the terrace, a narrow spiral staircase takes you up to the flat's roof terrace, where a private 2-person hot tub and loungers are waiting for you.

At Katya Resort you can enjoy your holiday and are always close to restaurants, shops and Lake Garda. The holiday flat is comfortably furnished and fully air-conditioned. The kitchen offers many useful kitchen appliances, so you will feel right at home if you want to cook during your holiday on Lake Garda. If you don't want to cook, there are several restaurants and bars just a few hundred metres away.

Aufenthalt konnte besser sein

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 5 Wochen gemietet und waren wie üblich davon ausgegangen, dass für so eine lange Dauer mind. 1x die Wohnung eine kostenlose Zwiscnenreinigung enthalten ist und dass die Bett- und Badzimmerwäsche regelmässig gewechselt wird. Die war aber nicht so und wurde erst nach unserem ausdrücklichen Verlangen gemacht. Die Wohnung war, obwohl die Überbauung zwei Jahre alt ist, extrem ringhörig.
