BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- Primary renter must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay
- Government-issued ID required · No third-party bookings
- Maximum 8 registered guests · No unregistered visitors without approval

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 3:00 PM · Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late checkout available for $25/hour — ask in advance

POOL
- No glass in the pool area — acrylic glasses provided ($300 fee for violations)
- No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk

PETS
- Maximum 2 dogs · $100 flat fee per stay covers both
- Dogs off furniture and beds · Clean up after pets in yard
- Do not leave pets unattended indoors · Pet damage reported through VRBO

NOISE & GATHERINGS
- No parties, events, or amplified music
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (City of DHS ordinance)
- Decibel-only noise monitors installed per city requirements (no audio recording)
- Maximum 8 guests at all times including visitors

SMOKING
- No smoking inside — outdoor only · $300 fee for indoor violations

SECURITY
- Three exterior cameras on property perimeter
- No cameras inside the home or facing the pool
