POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet-friendly! Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. No pets in the pool, please. Thank you.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

Bathrooms: The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. Air mattresses available upon request, prior to check-in.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $50, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We`ll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Pool cleaning is Monday and Friday, we strive to be done before 3pm, in rare occasions, there can be a delay but usually it is done between hours of 10am and 3pm.

NOISE:
Riverside County quiet hours are between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals: Outdoor
Music cell / laptop level before 10pm.

After 10pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 8 overnight and additional 4 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed.

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park on the driveway or directly in front of the property.

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Guests have access to the entire property.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa. The villa can provide concierge services and limo/town car service.
