GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Subject = Online reservation of seasonal rental accommodation with SARL Coco Cannelle®
Conditions applicable to all reservations:
1 - The parties to the contract =
Between "the Seller" Coco Cannelle, located at Rue des abeilles, 97 126 Deshaies. SARL with capital of 87,600 €uros, SIRET number 813 738 333 00018
And ""the Customer"" means any user of the site www.villascococannelle.com who reserves, orders and/or purchases any Products and Services offered.
You may only use this Site if you are of legal age and authorized to enter into contracts that bind you.
You will be financially responsible for all your uses of the Site. The services sold on this site are reserved for individuals. Groups and professionals must contact the Seller directly.

2 - Purpose of the contract =
The purpose of this contract is to ensure remote electronic booking of a stay offered by SARL Coco Cannelle®.
To block the reservation of the stay, the customer must pay by credit card via the website which offers a secure payment method. The amount of the deposit requested is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs at the latest 90 days before arrival.
3 - Online booking =
The website www.villascococannelle.com allows you to make a reservation online. After making your selection and clicking on the "book now" button, the Customer sees a screen that summarizes the elements of the reservation.
The Customer is then invited to complete a page of personal data which he validates.
A screen then summarizes all the specific elements appearing in the contract.
By finally clicking on the "CONFIRM" button, the Customer validates and confirms his order, declares having read and accepted these reservation conditions, and is irrevocably bound. His acceptance cannot be subsequently called into question except application of the article relating to the right of withdrawal.
The automatic recording systems set up by the Seller are considered as proof of the conclusion of the reservation contract.
The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will outline the essential characteristics of the reservation, its price and its payment terms.
The content of these booking confirmations is archived by the Seller. They are considered as proof of the customer's consent to the booking contract and its date.
4 - Means of payment for the price of the service (balance of the stay)
The balance of the stay , i.e. the total amount of the stay, less the deposit paid upon reservationis payable three months before the start of the stay. It is recommended to pay by bank transfer.
5 - Non-transferability of the contract =
This contract is concluded intuitu personae and cannot be assigned.
6 - Accommodation capacity =
The contract is established for a specific capacity of people. If the number of vacationers exceeds the reception capacity, the Seller may refuse additional Customers.
In this case, any modification or termination of the contract will be considered to be at the initiative of the Client.
7 - Pets =
The contract specifies that the Client cannot stay with a pet. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the Client, the service provider may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
8 - Cancellation by the Customer =
For any cancellation by the Customer, reimbursement by the Seller is made as follows:
- Cancelationup to three months before the start of the stay: the amounts paid are refunded
- Cancellation less than three months before the start of the stay, no refund will be made.
10 - Cancellation by the Seller =
When the Seller cancels the stay before the start of the stay, he must inform the Customer in writing. The Customer will be reimbursed immediately and without penalties for the sums paid. The Seller will make every effort to offer the Customer a replacement stay.
11 - Modification of a substantial element =
When, before the scheduled start date of the stay, the reservation service is forced to make a change to one of the essential elements of the contract, the Buyer may, after having been informed in writing by the Seller:
- either terminate the contract and obtain immediate reimbursement of the sums paid without penalties;
- either accept the modification or substitution of places of stay proposed by the Seller: an amendment to the contract specifying the modifications made is then signed by the parties.
Any price reduction will be deducted from any amounts still owed by the Customer and if the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the excess will be refunded to the Customer before the start of their stay.
12 - Customer Responsibility =
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the information he provides when registering, or at any other time, is accurate and complete. It is his responsibility to ensure that the contact details he provides when booking are correct and that they will allow him to receive confirmation of his booking. In the event that he does not receive this confirmation, it is his responsibility to contact the Seller.
For the proper monitoring of his file, he must immediately inform the Seller of any change in the information provided during his registration.
