The kitchen has new cabinets and stainless steel appliances; includes a stove with a drop-down hood and granite countertops with beautiful mosaic tile backsplash. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that overlooks the living area. An fully screened in patio with a view of the private pool. The home comes with a full size washer & dryer. Enjoy the tranquil setting of this HOME!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located beach home only 2 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Destin Commons! The pool is well maintained and clear blue!(However if you are visiting during the FALL time there is a big tree that hangs over the pool so expect moderate leaves) The couch folds out into a futon and the other couch folds out Into a bed.

Clean up any and all trash outside and pick up toys so lawn care doesn’t run anything over

No pets on any of the furniture. 25 age minimum to rent, exceptions made on case by case basis, contact me if needed.
