Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time.

*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. * Absolutely no trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is allowed. Golf carts are also not allowed per the HOA.

Great stay...just a little older property

Very clean..nice support and prompt. You have to walk to the beach about 1/4 of a mile so I would suggest bringing a cart for cooler and supplies. Pool is nice. Very close to a target and grocery stores.
