Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Destin Beaches. A gym, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room are available. The condo includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Perfect for Two

This is the perfect unit for a couple to stay in at the beach. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The view is stunning. The resort has tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a nice pool, and a sauna. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean.

What a wonderful week we had! The condo was perfect, it has everything you need. Jeff, the owner, is such a great guy, so helpful & friendly. The balcony was great, what a way to see the beautiful ocean & such white sand. The location was perfect, great staff, & so friendly. We were close to all types of shopping, dining & amusement. Fun activities & beautiful setting

Bright & clean, gorgeous view from back deck, nice amenities (Pickleball & shuffle board courts, warm water pool, walk way to the beach). Weather can be cloudy, windy & rainy in February- so keep the unpredictable weather in mind if you come here in the winter months
