The interaction was awesome, when I called to have the floor mopped, they responded right away. I would have liked to have had a Bath mat & a rug to wipe our feet inside the door. I would have never opened the sliding door in the bedroom( the tracks were so dirty) Other than that it was doable.

The place was clean surface level and decorated nicely. The floors have deep dirt in the grout and ripples of the tile that needs a power scrub. The tubs and tile were painted over and it’s peeling spots so it’s hard to trust what you’re looking at layers of paint or something else. There is an iron but no ironing board. No hair dryers anywhere. The listing says it includes laundry but what that actually means is access to an appt complex laundry machine room that charges 2.25 per load. Every other Vrbo that listed a laundry amenity we ever stayed in had in unit washer and dryer at no charge. I feel the listing should say more.

Just what we needed.

Our first trip to Destin and first time taking our Goldendoodle on vacation with us. We needed a place close to the beach and restaurants near by. Also needed a quiet setting with a yard for Chloe. This condo was perfect for our needs. Close to beach. Kenny D’s (our favorite place) was in walking distance. Pool right across the parking lot from our condo and the yard was small but perfect. The furniture in the house is a little dated, and the washer and dryer were very small. Plan on doing multiple loads. Beds were comfortable. Guest bedroom could really use some room darkening shades or blinds. Beach and Gulf were beautiful. Only con there, was, the entrance to get down to the beach. No handicap ramp. The steps were hard on those with bad knees. And really hard to get a cart down. Beach chairs and umbrella, included with the condo booking, were really nice to have. Shore Dreams Rental were easy to book with and were great in answering questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice touch apartment

First time in Miramar, apartment is located in front of the beach and acceptable driving distance to other places. I would improve safety locking mechanisms in the doors to make people feel safer. Administration was helpful supporting process to recover an ipad we left by mistake after we checked out.

Great location but less than impressive accommodations.

Our stay was in January. We loved the area (especially the beach) but would not stay here again. Pros:Great beach access across the street. Matched description of space. Clean upon arrival Cons:Beds were extra firm. Not comfortable. Blankets/bedding were thin. Pans in kitchen were warped. No towels placed in bathrooms. Had to search for them in closets. Water was rusty each morning in the shower. Neighbors constantly stopping and looking in our patio window for extended periods of time. The outdoor shower for washing feet did not have water so sand got dragged into the condo no matter how much we tried to wipe our feet. Had to sign an additional contract prior to being given check in procedures.

Perfect for family vacation!

We took our two grandchildren for a week away during Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier with the condo or the location!! Everything was clean, neat and perfect for someone who cooks most of our meals! Having a pool and the beach just across the street is perfect when the older kids want to go to the beach and the little ones don’t!! We will definitely book this condo again!!
