PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

-This condo is on the first floor; however, please note that there are 9 stair steps required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.
-There is a ring doorbell camera installed at the front door.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-Beach Service is available from 1st of march until the 31st of October only.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

This apartment offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. This apartment also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
