Owner offers a FREE BEACH SET UP THE 2026 Season. Enjoy the spectacular views from your balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. You can listen to the waves as you fall asleep in your king size bed and the guest bedroom has two comfy queen beds. The master bath has a walk-in shower for easy access with a seat for total relaxation. Both bathrooms have been totally updated. Living room has a 70" Smart TV for enjoying your favorite game or show and both bedrooms have 65" TV's. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room to add ambience to your stay. Owner provides free wireless cable and the option to pull up aps on cable (smart tv's) using your own login.

Kitchen is fully open and equipped with everything you need to fix your favorite meals. The kitchen has all new appliances and quartz countertops. Stove has air fryer capabilities along with other features. Owner has included a washer/dryer in the unit for guests' convenience.

In addition, the owner has added off the kitchen a desk for you to work. FREE WIFI as well.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains.
