It’s time for your next beach adventure and this incredibly spacious, beachfront condo is the ideal ‘vehicle’! It’s richly toned decor reminiscent of an African jungle lodge combined with amazing views of the expansive Gulf are sure to awaken the wild side in any tired soul. Plus, features like travertine floors throughout, ten-foot ceilings, balconies off of each bedroom and a formal foyer add a luxuriously comfortable feel to this Destin seafari.

Any good safari is filled with wildlife and this is no exception. The waters edge is so close to the 25 foot private balcony that you can practically hear the dolphin calls. And when its time to care for your own herd, the kitchen with kitchen aid appliances and granite countertops along with the huge laundry room will make everything so convenient. Then again, you may just want to hide out in the primary suite with its oversized bathroom and balcony access.

Apart from being right on the beach with dedicated beach space, condo 205 also gives guests access to amenities like a beachfront pool, a fitness center, a parking garage and a grilling deck. Also, a very short walk on the sidewalk outside the gates leads to multiple restaurants and beach shops. Or hop in the car to peruse Destin Commons mall less than a mile away.

Property Rules state no boats, trailers, jet ski's, RV's or Golf Carts permitted.
There are only 2 parking spaces provided for this condo.

This condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.

This Destin condo is smoke free.
