Welcome to your coastal retreat at The Palms of Destin Resort! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features an open layout, wood-look flooring, a private balcony with distant Gulf views, and all the comforts of home.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath, TV, and ample storage. The bunk room includes 2 twin bunks beds, a second full bath, and a stackable washer and dryer. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 65" TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster oven, an ice maker, and everything needed for family meals. Free Wi-Fi and smart TVs are provided.

Enjoy full access to resort amenities, including a lagoon pool, heated pool, splash pad, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, on-site restaurant, and a seasonal beach shuttle. A resort parking fee of $25 per night per vehicle is required and includes a parking pass and wristbands for amenity access.

During peak seasons, the resort offers free shuttle services to the public beach.
Tennis rackets can be checked out at the lobby.

Property description falsely advertised

Property was clean. Kitchen dishes were minimal. 2 coffee mugs and melted plastic wine glasses. Property was advertised as second bedroom double and single beds. In reality was a small trundle that slept 2 kids. Not adults. Property owner never responded to my message concerns.

Great place to stay. Staff was very nice, facility as well. The unit was very clean. The views from the balcony is surprisingly nice. There is an airport near by, but when the patio doors are closed you can not hear them. The beach is a short walk (or drive) away. The location is great for shopping and less congestion.

Great for a family vacation. Has everything you need and convenient location. Beautiful beaches! Henderson beach state park was our favorite and just a short 5 min drive away.

Pleasant stay

The condo itself was very nice. Had enough of the essentials, but we did need to ask for a few things and the property manager/owner was always very responsive. The location of the condo was nice with a view towards the gulf and some action on the street which made sitting on the balcony enjoyable. The only thing I would say to owner/property manager and whoever is thinking of booking, your description of the second bedroom and beds needs to be amended. I first booked the place because the beds "description" says, bunk beds AND a double bed, but only shows a picture of a twin TRUNDLE bed. I still booked thinking maybe a picture hadn't been taken. The room is SMALL. There is very little the owner could do with that room. However that bed situation is not suited for two 5'9 teenage boys, 17 & 15. Perfect for little kids. Not for kids over the age of 13 or 14. Other considerations about the property itself. I think it's a stretch to say it's a 7 minute walk to the beach, but there is a free shuttle!! The walk would have you walking across the major coastal hwy 98. I'm not walking across that, traffic is nuts! The pool is nice and spacious, but can get crowded esp at night with families/groups sitting around drinking and then throwing their cans wherever they please. Lastly, there is NO recycling. Get with it Palms at Destin!!! This is unacceptable. Overall I would stay at this property again. It is close to Walmart and Henderson Beach.

A little bit of Paradise

This property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, stores and a short walk to the beach. The property has a great pool. The coffee bar is amazing. I ordered drinks at the bar a few times and they weren't the best. When we checked in the room we found both coffee makers dirty, there was dirty laundry on the side of the washing machine, there was a dustpan of dirt in the same area. The small bed had sand in it. The garbage disposal makes a loud noise. The main sliding glass door was broken. The stand up shower door leaks. Also there are charges in the welcome book that are not in the booking. There wasn't any extra toilet paper. I did reach out to the host, he responded quickly and was very apologetic. Overall we had an amazing week and everyone should visit Destin.
