The “Kokonut Hut” is a newly renovated beach house in the heart of Destin’s best neighborhood “Crystal Beach.” The home sleeps up to twelve and is set up for two or three families with children. It has four bedrooms (three king master bedrooms and one bunk room) and three full bathrooms. The home is in easy walking distance to the beach, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, the movie theater, Uncle Buck's bowling alley and many other restaurants and attractions. This home has ample parking for at least five vehicles in the driveway. Boats, jet skis, trailers and even Class A RVs can easily be parked in the driveway. This quaint, beach cottage with four bedrooms and three baths will make for the perfect vacation getaway!

You will enjoy cooking out on the gas grill in your backyard, or soaking up the sun next to your LARGE PRIVATE (13'X 26') HEATED POOL (Additional cost for pool heating) . This home is only a short walk to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, but even shorter when you ride the STREET LEGAL GOLF CART that is available to rent with the home! There is a wraparound deck, screened-in porch, detached in-laws quarters and lovely palm trees will welcome you. Remember - Life's a Beach - Dive In!!!

STREET LEGAL GOLF CART. We have a 2021 model street legal four or six passenger golf cart available for our guests to rent in addition to the home. Getting to the beach has never been easier or more fun! You can save up to $500 on a weekly booking! Why book any place else?

This house was a great choice for my 3 week stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to groceries and other necessities. The beach is a 10 minute walk and we enjoyed many sunsets and a few beach days. It is centrally located between the Destin Harbor area shops and restaurants and the beach restaurants along Miramar Beach. We enjoyed a few trips to the cute beach towns along 30A. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies. bath towels and includes a generous supply of starter supplies. We spent most of our days and evenings enjoying the backyard pool area. There is a great mix of sun and shade during the day and it’s a beautiful setting to spend the evening.

The house was great. Loved the kitchen. Porches were great for late afternoon rain showers. There was plenty of room for all of us(7) plus our little dog. Pool was very nice after a trip to the beach. Looking forward to using the property again.

Perfect Destin Getaway!

We had a wonderful three night stay at this beautiful home in Destin! The house was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from modern amenities to a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed meals and morning coffee on the screened-in back porch. The fenced yard and private pool were major highlights—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining and bedroom furniture easily accommodated our group, and it would be a great fit for families or groups of varying sizes.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, and conveniently close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we felt very safe walking around.The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and smooth, which made the experience even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay near the beach!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The house was just as expected and communication with the host was great and very responsive. We did rent a golf cart but really did not need to get the beach closer than we thought. It was nice to have the cart though because you can drive it to eat or shop without having to get our car out.

Alright, but not as advertised

The location is great and the host was communicative, but the property itself needs work. The floors were very dirty in the main house and there were some bugs inside. The oven was unusable due to a previous tenant melting something, so it smoked heavily when we tried to use it. The deck out back has screws lining up which could cause a major hazard and there are lots of spots on various walls that need attention. It's an ok place but not really what's advertised.

We had a wonderful time here. The pool was a great plus for our family. I wish the check in was not so late at 4pm and check out early at 9am. Feels as if we loose time.normal check in is around 1 and out is around noon as well.
