Had an issue with my payment at check-in and the agent st the dest was very helpful and attentive. The rooms was very clean and newly renovated. The pool was nive and clean. Nice area and location is along all the restaurants and shopping. Will definitely use this hotel again!

Do NOT recommend. Was very small and not comfortable. Beds were hard and the sheets were extremely rough. The room was super hot and the SC unit wouldn’t even cool the room down. We didn’t have enough towels and they only gave us one rag.

Everything was great. Check in was speedy. Room was spacious. Plenty of parking. They even had several of the charging stations for vehicles. The only "complaint" was that the water temperature could have been a little hotter but that was not a true issue. Highly recommend the place and the location was about a 10-15 min drive (depending on traffic) to the beach.

There were bugs in the bed. The manager told us it was impossible to have bugs, because it was a new bed. Manager was very rude and hateful! He wouldn’t give us a refund and told the housekeeper to clean the room so he could rent it out to someone else. Mind you we weren’t even in the room more than 2 hours!!

Beds are HARD. Rooms were old but clean. AC is cold. Good location. You get what you pay for. We cut out stay two days short because we could not handle the beds anymore. We hurt all over.
