Direct GULF front!!! Beach service $ 40/day available to purchase on site at the office (1 umbrella + 2 chairs). Condo is located in a small, low rise, three story high building with 47 units next to the state park. Building recently renovated. YOU WILL NEVER SEE CROWDS AT THE BEACH. This is not a big resort but a perfect place to relax. Complex has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, golf and theme parks (across the street from THE TRACK amusement park).
Condo is located on 3rd story (high vaulted ceilings) - with is a fantastic view of emerald, crystal clear water of the Gulf and white powder sand. Sit on a balcony and see dolphins swimming at a short distance and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. You are so close to the water edge, that you feel like you are floating on water.
Unit has a good size, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 2 bathrooms (one with a huge walk-in shower (much larger than the picture shows) and the other one has a whirlpool tub). HDTV in a living room, high speed internet. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, sleeper sofa in a living room and 2 bunk beds. This condo has a Mediterranean decor with warm colors, beautiful Spanish terracotta porcelain flooring tile and hand painted inserts. This is absolutely one of the best one you can find.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Destin Beaches. You'll find features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a jetted tub in the condo.

We stayed here for a girls’ beach weekend and it was the perfect spot for us! The condo was super clean, cute, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The room was clean, comfortable, and the ocean was visible from our room overlooking the beach, which made mornings and sunsets especially beautiful. Mrs. Isabella, the property owner, was amazing very prompt in responding and such a beautiful spirit to communicate with. She made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Amazing and clean!

We had stayed in other units on this property and this one is the best! It was stocked with extra beach chairs and umbrella which was great! I don’t know how they get it so clean because we tried cleaning up before leaving and still felt like we were leaving it a mess compared to when we arrived! It was so clean when we got there. The views from the 3rd floor are legit! As always this property is calm and quiet. A great place to go for a small family or quiet trip. Water and sand are unbeatable. We will be back.

Location, Location, Location

My husband and I went to Destin to celebrate my 55th birthday. It was EVERYTHING!!! The place was very nice and small but cozy for 2 although with the bunk beds in the hallway, it can accommodate 4. The best part was waking up to the beautiful beach scenery and listening to the waves at night as we sat on the balcony. It was very clean and stocked with all necessities. Communication could have been more responsive in a timely manner. The TV was very confusing to operate. However, we will definitely return!
