Understated elegance and an incomparable view can only mean one thing…….you are staying at Sterling Sands 0306. This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a Gulf facing King suite, a guest bedroom featuring 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. This beautiful vacation home away from home has recently been totally updated with new flooring, brand new furniture throughout and even new light fixtures. It is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. But the view…..the view of the Gulf will absolutely take your breath away and can be seen from the living area, kitchen and the master bedroom. For your comfort and enjoyment, there’s a soaking tub and a walk in shower in the master bath…..and for your convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen and a full size laundry center just off the living area. Enjoy your time in the sun on the Gulf with seasonal beach service or at the resort style pool. Sterling Sands is conveniently located near many popular Destin restaurants and attractions.

There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from The Track Family Recreation Center. A gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities are available. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

The Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, right on the beach. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The couch is so comfortable that I need to know the brand! We will definitely plan on booking this exact condo again.

Great Stay in Destin

Sterling Sands is our favorite place to stay in Destin. The units are nice and have great views of the ocean. It has a great pool and its location is so close to all the action. We always feel so relaxed when we stay here!

Great location, great view from balcony, but patio sliding glass doors and balcony glass wall could have been cleaned better to get the best view they had a hazy film that covered them that comprised the view from inside out, great parking spot out of the heat, and great beach access! The unit could use newer washer and dryer this unit has rusty older units that take forever to dry - using more electricity and waiting for your clothes to dry (yes, lint filter was clean). Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice condo!

The location of the property is perfect. Having a covered parking space and complimentary chairs/umbrella is definitely a plus. The condo was clean and the furniture was nice.

Great location

Right on the beach which was awesome! Some of the dishes were put away dirty when we arrived and really needs a proper vacuum and broom/dustpan. So. Much. Sand. and nothing worth a crap to clean it up with. We were provided sheets for the fold out sofa but not an extra blanket to be had in the entire place. A doormat would have been great with all the wet sandy feet, but overall it worked for us and the location can’t be beat.
