One bedroom APARTMENT,located 1 mile from the beach and in the heart of Destin,walking distance to some attraction and a 10 min ride to other dining/fun locations. Second floor unit with lake view patio. NO PETS allowed,NO smoking allowed. Near attraction is Track adventure/arcade park,BigKahunah waterpark, Harborwalk village. We do not have direct access to the beach. The property offers 2 pools,one tennis court,grilling area. You can enjoy feeding ducks and turtles. The unit has a full functional kitchen,dinnerware,cookware. Walmart,WinDixie,Publix are a 5 min drive from the condo. Milkshake/icecream place is right outside the west exit gate,as well as Chikfilla,Subway,Merlins Pizza.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a balcony.

***LOCATION and PRICE****

We had a slight hiccup on the checkin process but communication was great so it was quickly remedied. The patio was not accessible for our stay which was disappointing. It is extremely convenient to everything in Destin and we felt safe and at home the two nights that we stayed here. Price was great!!! Highly recommend for a quick and casual beach trip.

it was very nice and well kept. location was key and close to everything. The ice cream shop located outside of condo area was awesome and may I add the treats was good. looking forward to staying again.
