Pretty property, well maintained. Was as advertised, great view(we spent more time on the balcony than inside) great sunrise and sunset views! Beds were comfy and clean! Management was quick to answer and help us when needed.

This property was perfect! It was well-decorated, very clean, easy to get to, and just steps from the beach. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The only cons (which weren't anything to make me not stay again) was the fact that the beach was crowded so we never could be on the front row with the beach chairs. We purchased beach chairs and an umbrella, and we weren't super impressed with the company who did these rentals but that had zero to do with the condo and its owner. The beach was also overly crowded due to it being Labor Day weekend.

Being on the beach is alway amazing. The condo seems to have some incomplete repairs. There’s an exposed receptacle in the master bedroom, though it is behind the nightstand it still worried me having a toddler around. The WiFi was out the majority of our trip and the water pressure for showers wasn’t the greatest.
The view is spectacular.

The view was amazing. The space was comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The only thing I would complain about is the dishwasher was coming out of the cabinet, not screwed in so difficult to use. We would definitely stay here again though.

Our stay was horrible we slept on mattresses that were all used up 10 years ago so it was like aleeping on springs wvery songle bed and the livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower door was broke oh my the lost goes on and we are all still recovering from our horrible stay

Fun Vacation

We had a great stay with wonderful views. Plenty of parking, fast elevators, friendly guests and owners. The property left plenty of towels and has basic stuff for dishes, laundry, and toiletries. Cons The carpet looked like it could definitely be cleaner. The showers had some mold growing around them. The tv did not work correctly and you couldn’t watch any Netflix or anything like that. Which isn’t a big deal but we did have bad weather a few days that it would’ve been nice. We managed to get it on a new channel and couldn’t get it on anything else. You couldn’t open the dish washer because of the stove.so it was a little hard to use. Overall we had a great time

Great location- enjoyed our stay

We loved the building mostly because it is not over crowded. It was well maintained and the staff was courteous. The room was as described and the view was gorgeous. As others have said, the carpets need to be taken out of the bedrooms. At the very least, put down an area rug to cover those high traffic areas. But overall we had an excellent stay and plan on returning in the future.

Property was nice but missed the mark in some ways. Tv signal kept going out and didn’t have WiFi to connect to personal Netflix, etc. no sponge, dishwasher det, etc and were down to just a few sheets of toilet paper by checkout.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our week in Destin. Great view of the gulf, where we were able to see dolphins swim. Our room was just as it was described. Beds were very comfortable and being able to listen to the waves crashing was great. Location was great as well. We could walk to some places but driving to others was very easy. Definitely recommend staying at Emerald towers.

Property manager was excellent. Outside was keep immaculate. I left a list of repairs and ipdates that need to be made....from cleanliness to leaking toilet. Too pricey for the quality
